In summary, I have done some stuff while being on staff for the Arlingtonian. I had the experience of online publishing, using publishing software, and writing as a columnist. I had the experience of managing finances, recording revenue, writing thank you notes,  fundraising and auditing . This experience has taught me to stress timeliness, to always double check myself, to be obsessively organized, and  to be more thankful. This experience has also taught me embrace writing as a way to express one's feelings, experiences, and beliefs.

When it comes to how my work has impacted the UA community,  I like to think that my work has helped empower others to express themselves. Arlingtonian is a forum for the UA community to express ideas and experiences. And for those who have have read what I have written, I hope that they have been inspired to write about anything without fear of judgement.
